The Influence of Facebook

Just a few month before (or some weeks), some employees in a company were found out playing "Happy Farm" on Facebook during work time. From that point, Taiwan society, or some part of the society, starts to ban Facebook.

So here is a news article (repost from Yahoo! Taiwan):

It seems like normal, or even interesting news; however, if you read carefully, you can sense how Facebook has affected Taiwanese society. Just because most of the people don't like Facebook usage in daytime, the reporter "SPECIFIED" that the policeman used Facebook at home in the last sentence. There is basically nothing wrong with using Facebook, I think everyone should know that.

  1. He said that there's nothing wrong using Facebook AT HOME. It said nothing about Facebook was good DURING WORK.

If you go into a police station, because some guy on the street just takes away your wallet. And you see officers playing "Happy Farm", stealing YOUR vegetable, totally ignoring your shouts and cries.

    HOW WOULD YOU FEEL?
