Question: What is Genocide

The teacher wants us to research on the word "Genocide". Any one that can explain specifically the meaning will be greatly appreciated.

  4. there was "ethnic/religious group" killing happening all the time, not only after WWII

    so the word was created at that time(WWII)?

  5. According to Wikipedia, "genocide" was coined by Raphael Lemkin in 1944.
