Today, I went to Fnac to get a copy of the new Mac OS X Snow Leopard.And please, Mac don't suck ok? People thinks Mac sucks because they've either never tried it or only tried it for less than a day. But people that stick with Mac will know that not only is it 150% more stable than the Windows, but also very user-friendly.
Originally, my Macbook with Leopard took 1 minute to start up and 22 seconds to shutdown (godly speed compared to the school Lenovo craps), and now after installing Snow Leopard, guess what? Took me 25 seconds to start up and 15 seconds to shutdown. And you see? just base on this point, a Mac is already worth buying.
Imagine yourself with a Windows, a Window PC that is at least 1 year old will take you 2 minutes to start up, and adding around 25 seconds to that every year on. I believe lots of people think this is a major flaw of Windows too. But a Mac has no problem like such, do not say MAC sucks unless you've truely used it for a long period. Because Mac is definitely more stable and user-friendly than the Old Shitty Windows, by the way, Mac is Virus-Free :) .

Mac isn't the only computer that is virus free. And please don't use generalized statements if you're not sure of something. Such as when justice said can you give an example of people saying Mac sucks or when Vigil of Reason said his laptop (without being a mac) starts up in 10 seconds. And do you have something against windows? Or are you biased that Mac is better than windows (Windows are NOT shitty)? Btw Eddie, I'm Richard :)

ReplyDeleteI don't quite agree Mac wins against PC. PCs are definitely more widely distributed thus resulting more programs designed for it. Plus, For all the advantages Mac has for against PC, Linux definitely overachieves Macs.
