AMERICAN ROC LEGISLATOR?

Carrying over with the excitement over President Ma's Green Card, the green zealots again have targeted a KMT member for dual citizenship - ROC legislator 李慶安. She definitely had US citizenship; whether she had actively performed acts of abandoning the citizenship, further evidence needs to be provided.

What was she doing all the time since March, when the issue was brought up? What was she doing all her years as legislator? She clearly violated the law by not "於就職之日起一年內，完成喪失該國國籍及取得證明文件" (if she even did do so).
