The 兩岸經貿文化論壇, or 國共論壇 is taking place today and tomorrow in Shanghai. This is further cooperation across the Taiwan Strait to help the economy from the current recession. I do not think there will not be any real direct change in any policy as a result to this large meeting (about 400 delegates), though.
