This afternoon 行政院 announced that vouchers worth 3,600 NTD will be passed to every ROC citizen (including former-president Chen). The vouchers can be used to buy in any government-registered business or donate to charity.
These vouchers will generate a 82,900,000 NTD deficit.
(Since many people think the Ma administration is useless, they will think these consumer stimuli packages are also useless. They are welcome to give their 3600 NT vouchers to me.)
