2) The universe was created and will forever exist
One type of Big Bang: plausible.
3) The universe was created and will eventually be destroyed regardless of the reason
Christian fundamentalism, well, no Angry God Theory: Judeo-Christian God does not do things for no reason.
4) The universe's existence alternates. (For one time it exist, then it doesn't, then it exists again, then it doesn't ...etc)
Big Bounce Theory: plausible.
REALITY: God created the universe and life on it, universe expands and life evolves, Rapture comes and destroys the world (there is a reason).
I vote for the simultaneous existence of alternate universes.
ReplyDeleteFor example, in Universe X, there is at this moment a bad-tempered Brown Giant busily pickling jars of Brown Giant Spicy Hot Dogs in the Valley of the UnHappy. He is screaming out, "Duh...Duh...Duh.."
