Barack Obama recently chose Illinois 5th District Representative Rahm Emanuel as White House Chief of Staff in Obama's Cabinet. As an Israeli-American, Emanuel is a Democrat in his late-forties. In past years, he has won 4 times for the Democrats in the House from 2002~2008. If he ran next time in 2010, he would sure be cruising through his fifth term.
Emanuel has helped ran Paul Simon's Senate Campaign in 1984 and also has a B.A and M.A he received about 20 years ago.
There are still 72 days until the inauguration for Obama which gives him ample time to choose his cabinet members.
